Cory Duskin

Cory Duskin was born in Pullman and raised in Arlington, Washington among a family of dedicated Cougars. Across generations, his family’s ties to Washington State University (WSU) encompass academic achievements in diverse fields, including veterinary, business, education, and pharmacy. This multi-generational connection underscores the profound impact of the university on individuals and communities statewide, instilling in Cory a deep-seated appreciation for WSU’s transformative influence.

Cory is also the proud owner of a community pharmacy that has been family-owned by Cougs since 1975. His business not only employs talented individuals from WSU’s School of Pharmacy but also hosts pharmacy students from the Spokane campus for their first and fourth-year rotations, reflecting the university’s wide-reaching influence. His role as a business owner has honed his skills in leadership, decision-making, and fostering diverse and inclusive environments.

Additionally, Cory’s extensive experience working in city government has given him an in-depth understanding of processes at local, regional, state, and federal levels.
